SWIMMING DRAGON QIGONG- Instructional DVD
This one-minute Taoist form is unsurpassed for its grace and economy of movement. Imitating the serpentine movements of a dragon swimming in the sea and flying into the clouds, it is reputed to be the best Qigong for balancing body weight. When practiced 20 minutes daily, the form massages the internal organs and mobilize fats into lymphatic drainage. The first of 10 forms, Body Mind Method targets the joints and extremities with specific movements to deliver Qi into the joints and soft tissues for healing and rejuvenation. This 30-minute practice is a total body fitness routine for pain-free living. Body Mind Method is Level II of Wisdom (Zhineng) Qigong developed by Dr. Pang Ming in China. FIVE ORGANS QIGONG: Liver Form #8, Wisdom Qigong, Level III
Five Organs Qigong (Level III of Wisdom/Zhineng Qigong) delivers Qi directly into the 5 Yin organs to promote internal health and balance the emotions. Liver Form #8: the Five Element emotion associated with the Liver is Anger. The form utilizes movement, mudra, mantra, visualisation and the emotion of Anger to stimulate and deliver Qi directly into the Liver to improving Liver function and healing of liver-related disorders. At the same time it dispels stagnant Liver Qi, transforming anger and depression into well-being and compassion.
