MARCH 30-APRIL 2, 2020: 4-CLASS SERIES
SWIMMING DRAGON QIGONG
Swimming Dragon Qigong, unsurpassed for its grace and economy of movement, is reputed to be the best Qigong for balancing weight. This one-minute Taoist form, practiced standing in place, imitates a dragon swimming in the sea and flying up to the clouds. The sinuous movements of the form slenderize waist, regulate appetite, balance hormones, and mobilize fats and toxins into lymphatic drainage. When practiced 20 minutes daily, it rejuvenates body and mind, keeps your spine and joints supple and pain-free, and promotes inner peace.
