 In this workshop, Dashi will explain how the lack of adequate daily exercise and repetitive motion stress can lead to injury, pain and disability. Then we will practice her original routine of Posturcize, 15-minutes of easy-to-learn movements choreographed to music (for all upper body problems), the 6-minute Hoshino routine (the minimum daily requirement of exercise), plus a chair and floor routine for hip opening and low back pain.  So come prepared to move and have fun!  Bring a mat or towel and wear clothes suitable for exercise (shoes not required).

Posturcize is effective for the prevention and treatment of stress, muscular tension, stiff joints and fatigue, including carpal tunnel pain, bursitits, tendinitis, tennis elbow, back pain and joint pain.  Especially valuable for keyboard operators, musicians, health professionals.

Dashi’s Posturcize DVDs- Part I & II- will be available at the workshop. Cost: $25 each.  Credit cards accepted.
