Experience the health-enhancing, rejuvenating benefits of Tai Chi with this
traditional set of 18 forms. Taiji-Qigong exercises are practiced as warm-ups
before martial arts, but they also can used to reduce pain and stress, limber
the joints, promote overall health and inner peace. Easy to learn for the
beginner, they will teach you how to move with ease and grace, without having to
spend months learning a complicated form. For advanced students, the forms will
improve awareness of body alignment and energy flow.
